What is the delivery time for my order?

As soon as you place an order with Omega electric Rides, you will get a confirmation email of your purchase. An email is preferred over your phone number. 

Your order is then processed and picked by our warehouse, which generally takes 1-3 business days to leave the warehouse for its intended destination.

Our products are shipped through UPS/Fedex/usps, which usually takes 5-7 business days to reach their destination, depending on where the customer is shipping to. 

will I get confirmation for my order?

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail.  This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.  As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment.  If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail.  If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

What if the product I get is damaged?

If your order is damaged, please contact us via email explaining the issue with the subject damaged products. DO NOT forget to attach the images of the damaged product and we'll help you in the best way possible.

  • IMPORTANT: If contents cannot be inspected immediately, notation on carrier’s paperwork must state: “Carton damage, subject to inspection” and list type of damage. 

  • Contents must be inspected within 48 hours of arrival and actual damage reported to the carrier

Carton packaging has excessive damage with the exposed product:

  • Refuse shipment.

  • Sign carrier paperwork: “Carton damaged and refused.”

  • Notify contact@omegarides.com immediately.

What if I have to cancel my order?

All orders canceled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped.  If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.

You will need to add a “Price Guarantee” page that is visible to every customer who visits your website.  This will make the potential customers feel safe buying from you right now, not after they research all of the competition.

How will I get the refund?

After your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process return of exchange. Please allow us at least 7-12 days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit statement, depending on your credit/debit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
