RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange. Please see the below for more information on our return policy.

 

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. all returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email customer service at returns@omegarides.com to obtain a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number. After receiving the RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and the return form provided then mail your product at the following address.

REFUNDS

Returning Products within 14 Days of delivery:  Any product purchased can be returned within 14 days for a refund to the original method of payment. The customer will be responsible for return shipping costs. OMEGA RIDES DOES NOT PROVIDE RETURN SHIPPING LABELS FOR BUYERS Remorse. 

If your order is damaged, please contact us via email explaining the issue with the subject damaged products. DO NOT forget to attach the images of the damaged product and we'll help you in the best way possible.

  • IMPORTANT: If contents cannot be inspected immediately, notation on carrier’s paperwork must state: “Carton damage, subject to inspection” and list type of damage. 

  • Contents must be inspected within 48 hours of arrival and actual damage reported to the carrier

Carton packaging has excessive damage with the exposed product:

  • Refuse shipment.

  • Sign carrier paperwork: “Carton damaged and refused.”

  • Notify contact@omegarides.com immediately.
